Burma Teak is one of the world's most premium classes of timber, imported from Myanmar. Its scientific name is Tectona grandis, and it is also known as “Burmese Teak”. With its natural oils and dense structure, this wood is extremely durable, water-resistant, and insect-resistant.
Burma Teak is usually deep golden to brown in color, growing richer and deeper with age. Its texture is smooth with straight grain, making it ideal for premium furniture, decking, boat building, and luxury structures.
